📋 Order & Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your order 3+ days after placing it (personal reasons), a 10% service fee will be deducted.

• If you cancel after your order is packaged, a 15% service fee will be deducted.

1. We sell mystery boxes, each with different weights and contents.

2. We also sell snacks, candy and other small items.

3. 🎁 Appliance Promotion:

◦ $119.99 → 1 Appliance

◦ $199.99  → 2 Appliances

◦ $349.99 → 3 Appliances

4. No replacements for selected items once your order is closed.

5. Want more appliances? Choose a larger box size, or add the $199 option.

6. Fragile items must be packed in our broadcast room before boxing. No packing approval = no compensation for damage.

7. If your order includes pre-ordered items, you’ll be charged an extra 15% for the box, or you can purchase pre-ordered items separately.

8. We are not liable for lost items taken by customs or delivery agents after shipping.

How it works:

• For orders under $349: $5 protection fee

• For orders $349 or above: $10 protection fee
You must select and pay for this service at checkout.

Compensation Rules:

• Uninsured packages (lost): Only 50% of the package value will be refunded.

• Insured packages (lost/damaged): Full compensation based on your protection fee tier.

• Force majeure (natural disasters, wars, etc.) are excluded from compensation.
